Exéc Innovative Solutions was appointed as the Project Managers, overseeing the full lifecycle of the project on behalf of Communicare. Our role included coordinating consultants, managing the programme and budget, handling procurement processes, and ensuring all quality standards were achieved, delivering a seamless fit-out aligned with the client’s objectives.
